Apparently tech problems ONLY happen at the final piece of implementation. For this reason, you will have access to me for 30 days when you run into questions or need advice. My support will be provided via email or Loom recording.

FAQs
Do you have questions about VIP Projects Experience?

Crystal only books up to 2 VIP projects per month. This allows for sufficient planning prior to the kick-off and capacity to complete deliverables.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another start date or service with 7 days prior written notice. The deposit is valid for 90 days and must be used within that timeframe. In the event, the VIP Project fails to start within 90 days, or a new date is not confirmed at least 7 days prior to the booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the VIP Project will be terminated. If you wish to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at Crystal’s discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current VIP Project rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.

Should you need to change the project start date for any reason at all, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date.

During the 30 days of post-VIP support, you will be able to email Crystal with any questions or concerns about the work that was performed during the VIP Project and will receive a reply via email, message or video tutorials.
This support does not cover additional work that exceeds what was done during the VIP Project. If additional work needs to be performed, you will have the option to book another VIP Project.

A VIP Project Experience isn't the best fit for everyone.
It's for the entrepreneur who has a very clear vision for a certain project.

Yes. Projects can be booked as needed for the work involved.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of contract & booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
